Continue Reading →Rates are moving up, breaking through relative long-term averages. If you are considering refinancing…and have waited for the bottom this could well be the TOP of the recent bottom. All indications are that interest rates on mortgages will continue to go up in the foreseeable future. I would imagine that this will also tend to loosen borrower requirements. It just stands to reason that as there are less motivating factors to create a new loan, it will become easier to get a new loan. They have to make loans to stay in business….Louis
