Construction has begun at 9300 Brodie Lane, the site of Brodie Self Storage. This is behind (west) of the Advanced Auto parts on Brodie.
Also Broadway Bank has posted a sign that they are building a new location at the southeast corner of Brodie and Davis Lane.
Pair all of this with the Parkside Village commercial development, at SW corner of Slaughter and Mopac, and there is a lot going on in our area.
